Hi! I’m Ben!
Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Consultant, Empathetic Career & Life Coach
Ben Collier II is a lifelong career coach with many lived experiences. Growing up in poverty to a drug-addicted mother and a father who was in prison for 15 years of his early childhood, Ben understands the importance of perseverance, grit, and determination. These life experiences taught Ben many life lessons at an early age that prepared him for a life of helping people navigate the complexities of the world.
He was raised in a two-bedroom subsidized apartment with two older sisters and a mother. Ben realized that to live a meaningful life, he would need to understand himself and people immensely. This prompted Ben to break generational curses as the first male college graduate on his mother's and father's sides of the family with a degree in finance from Morehouse College.
Ben started his career in executive coaching and management consulting. He has worked for many global organizations and clients, leveraging the coaching skills acquired through his personal and educational experiences. Ben has also attained a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia, focusing on studying and improving human behaviors within individuals, teams, organizations, and the workplace.
Marriage is the most critical decision that Ben has made in his life. He has been married to his wife, Dr. India Collier, for over eight years. They have a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son and reside in metro Atlanta.
Ben's purpose is to “help others navigate the complexities of the world,” he strives to live this purpose daily by offering career, life, and marriage coaching.
